What customers say?

“ I went here with family and had an amazing experience! The owner, chef, and staff were so so very warm, kind, and friendly. The pizza and pasta was prepared with great skill and experience. Cooked in a natural oven with their own wood. With many ingredients sourced locally. The atmosphere was exquisite with ornate and unique designs. Even a collection of classic jazz records which the restaurant picks and plays. Plenty of heaters and the view from the mountain is one of a kind. Would 100% recommend this restaurant. It is worth the trip. And I am very looking forward to coming back! ”

“ You need reservation to eat here fyi. The view is up high in ikoma and you can see over all the buildings. Along with the view, the staff and food are pretty friendly too. The peach and cheese pizza was a favorite. It’s a charming destination to eat pizza! Definitely a must try experience. ”

“ Superb pizza restaurant! This place is probably hard to get to but the food and scenery will exceed your expectation so it is worth a hustle. You need to drive up a mountain and very narrow road. I would love to eat seasonal dishes too. ”

“ Amazing location and view to take in over some quality Italian food. The outside seating area in particular offers some special views and a great atmosphere for a meal. The food was also very good and the owner also gave my a family a tour of the building and explained some of the history of the restaurant and location. ”

“ This is a restaurant I've always wanted to go to. I'd given up on the idea because it seemed like it would be so difficult to get there. But finally, the timing was right!!! I made a reservation by phone about two weeks in advance. Since it was a weekday, I was able to get a seat, but it looks like it's booked up for lunch on weekends. It looked like I could go in the evening! I read that the road was narrow, so I checked and was told to take the highway. I did as instructed, but in the end, I had to take a really narrow road. The road was so narrow that it was impossible to pass oncoming traffic. It was the scariest driving experience I've ever had, lol. The interior and appearance of the restaurant have a mountain cabin feel. It has a nice ambiance, but... There were stink bugs there that day, so it seems like bugs are a real problem in the summer. ・Fruit Tomato, Mozzarella, and Basil ¥2,300 ・Today's Bismarck (Ikoma Mountain Green Onion, Tomato Sauce, Ikoma Mountain Wild Egg, Italian Salami, Mozzarella) ¥2,500 ・Ikoma Mountain Wild Boar Bolognese ¥1,900 *One drink included I thought the pizza would be pricey, but... It was actually incredibly delicious!!! The journey to get there was a bit arduous, but it was worth the trip. I wasn't sure whether to order the Bolognese, but after reading reviews, many people were eating it, so I ordered another. The wild boar meat had a rich, flavorful taste. Overall, I'm glad I went. If the road wasn't so difficult, I'd like to go again. It was a bit scary, so I probably won't be going back. ”

“ I've heard that this is a famous pizza restaurant in the mountains of Ikoma, and I've inquired about it several times, but it's always fully booked. However, I finally got to go! For the appetizer, I had strawberry and monzarella, then for the seven-cheese pizza with honey, and for the pasta, Ikoma's wild boar and pork polonaise! The pizza had the perfect harmony of rich cheese and sweet honey, and I had never heard of wild boar and pork in Ikoma, but the pasta was also rich and delicious! I wanted to try some of the grilled food as well, and since there were just two of us, it was just right! Overall, it's a restaurant I'd like to go to! I'd heard that it was difficult to get to, but I've been to Lucky Garden nearby, so it wasn't too difficult if I headed from there! ”

“ Both times I visited, it was at night. The first time, I walked from Ankoku Pass, but this time, I drove from the Nara side. Because the restaurant is located on top of a mountain, the final part is quite steep, so if you're not confident driving, be careful. The main pizza was delicious, and it was big enough for one person to finish! It was my first time trying dried mullet roe pasta. It was delicious, but a little spicy for me, who doesn't really like spicy food. But it was a delicious spiciness! ⭐︎ The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. However, please note that they only accept cash payments, so cards and electronic money are not accepted. Next time, I'd like to go for lunch. (^^) Thank you for the meal! ”
